Born in Monterrey, Mexico, I looked for my passion for creativity, arts, communication, and design, forming myself as a Graphic Designer; then, in 2015, I had the opportunity to complete an MBA focused on Marketing.

Graphic Design and Brand
Execution in high-level projects from initial conception to completion at Epicor Software. Research and development focus on effective visual communication to the audience. Global Brand Advisor, approach and disseminate resources to reinforce brand identity for internal and external audiences, brand reviews/company store merch production.
Corporate Communications
In partnership with the Communications Team, exploring creative methods focused on all Vitro employees in an SAP implementation project. Key message positioning about the change in processes to all levels, guiding to understand the upcoming short and long-term challenges. Overseeing publishing process production of the Customer Success Stories/Epicor Customer References PR Program—Industry Circle, responsible for workflow, reports, and publishings across internal and external platforms, and epicor.com
Project Management
In projects received from internal customers. Analysis and feasibility, timeline, kickoff/briefing meetings organization, gathering of all information required to start and develop. Assertive communication and negotiation with stakeholders.
